Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated July 27, 2026
Our position
TixSimple has zero tolerance for spam. Email sent through the platform must be expected, relevant, and compliant with anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable.
What we send
TixSimple sends transactional messages only: magic-link sign-in emails, order receipts, ticket delivery, and essential account or service notices. We do not sell or rent email addresses.
Rules for organizers
- Only contact people who bought a ticket from you or gave you clear permission.
- Do not upload purchased, scraped, harvested, or rented email lists — including for discount pricing lists.
- Identify yourself accurately; no misleading sender names or subject lines.
- Honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly.
- Keep messages relevant to the event the recipient signed up for.
Attendee data
Attendee information collected at checkout is for fulfilling and running that event. Reusing it for unrelated marketing without consent violates this policy.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, suspension of sending, removal of events, or termination of the organizer account. Repeated or severe abuse is terminated without notice.
