Sponsors

We are in need of sponsors to make this event happen!

Things we are in need of

  1. Money, Yes cash is still king and we need it to pay for permits, infrastructure, security and marketing.
  2. Pies, We need about 25 pies for the pie eating contest.  You will be names as pie sponsor.
  3. Pumpkins, We want about 50 pumpkins for kids to paint for free.
  4. Chili Bowls, if we get a sponsor we will purchase 72 chili bowls for about $300.00 We will print your logo or sponsor name on the bowl!
  5. Prizes for kids, we are looking for back to school items, fun things, technology items kids will love.
  6. Gift Certificates used as prizes for chili cook-off and pie eating contest.
  7. Hay Ride Sponsor,  cost will be about $300-$500 to get free hay rides for the kids.  You will be named as the hay ride sponsor.
  8. Stage & Music Sponsor, The stage, sound and band fees will cost us about $500. If you sponsor the Stage & Music we will print a large thank you banner across the stage and put your logo on all printed and online materials.
  9. Marketing Sponsor, websites, print materials, managing Facebook all takes time and money.  We need between $500-$1500 to do it right!
  10. Tent Rental Sponsor, we want to protect our guests from the weather so tents will be rented at a cost of $1200
  11. Table & Chair Sponsor, everyone needs a place to rest for a minute or to dine and listen to music.  you will get your business name in the middle of each table per $50 you give.  We need $1000 to get enough!
  12. Hay Bales, yes we need hay or straw bales to use as barriers and decoration around the festival.  If you want to loan them to us we just need them for the day.

Please allow time for us to plan your sponsorship. Banners must be given to us by Saturday Morning to allow us time to put them up for you. You can pick them back up after the event or later at city hall.
